My husband & I moved into 769 Pine Street, Apt. 401 on June 26, 1967. It was our first apartment as husband & wife.
We lived there for 2 years and enjoyed every minute, So many good memories.
We met so many good friends there. Many of the people in our building were from out of town so we kind of joined forces and had our own little village. The families were from England, British Columbia, Quebec, Southern Ontario& Italy.
As a new bride I did not have a lot of cooking skills and the family across the hall from us took it upon themselves to teach me how to cook spaghetti. This was quite a feat as I had never had spaghetti and pizza was not in my vocabulary as I was from southern Ontario. We still drive by the apartment building to this day and say remember when!!!!!!!!

Pine Allard - Celebrate 30 Years - Hey my names Nicole and I Lived in the pine and Allard buildings 9 years ago with my mom when I first got pregnant with my daughter I had my baby shower there and brought her home there I stayed there with my mother till she was 3 months and then I moved there months later just me and her she had her 1st bday there.:) .... now 9 years later my best friend lives there with her first daughter in the exact apartment I moved into with my daughter we go there everyday our kids play at the park all the time!!! I now have 2 kids n we love just sitting out there and letting the kids play and run!!! It's an awesome space back there for them :) definetly should get swings back!!! my daughter says lol here are a few photos :)

You obviously care in giving pride in your ownership and respect of those residing there-in. It is rare, indeed, to have the privilege of living in an apartment building that is so well staffed and maintained.
